Store Manager — Milan Flagship
Lead the Golden Goose Milan flagship: client experience, team and store performance.
What you will do
- Lead a 12-person team in the Via Montenapoleone flagship.
- Build authentic, personalised client experiences.
- Own sales, KPIs, visual merchandising and daily operations.
- Partner with HRBP and HQ on the store talent plan.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in luxury retail, at least 2 as Store Manager.
- Native Italian and professional English.
- Clienteling experience and large-team management.
- Full-time availability on shifts, including weekends.
